Shipping information
The complexity of this Port Charlotte SC: 01 2012 pushes the outermost limits of Islay single malt as you know it. Combining our distillery’s two greatest obsessions, impeccable provenance meets high-quality French oak. For the first time in our cask exploration series, this release contains 100% Islay grown barley. The 2011 harvest was raised by seven of our farming partners, all within 10 miles of our distillery.
Your payments can be made by card or by bank transfer
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday and from 2 to 5 working days, maximum
In case of specific requests, we will answer you by phone or e-mail
Impeccable provenance and high quality French oak come together in this new heavily peated (40PPM) release.
This 2012 Islay-grown vintage would take three separate paths in its maturation journey. A combination of sherry butts and first & second fill American whiskey barrels were recasked at different points of maturation into some of the finest sauternes wine casks from the left bank of the Garonne river in Bordeaux.
It’s the fifth release in our cask exploration series which has previously included MRC: 01, MC: 01, OLC: 01 & PAC: 01. This is the first time one of the series has been made from barley grown on Islay.
