Shipping your order

Parcels are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are sent via Swiss Post with a tracking number and delivered against signature. Parcels can also be sent by Swiss Express post and delivered against signature the next day. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs.

Shipping costs cover preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. We cannot combine two orders placed separately; hence shipping costs will have to paid for each individual parcel. Your order is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
