Named after the famous second generation Master Distiller, Midleton Barry Crockett Legacy represents a selection of pot still whiskies that have been aged exclusively in American bourbon casks. Single Pot Still whiskey is unique to Ireland in general and to the Midleton, Co. Cork distillery in particular, and is considered the quintessential style of Irish whiskey. Made from a mashed potato of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in traditional copper stills, Pot Still whiskies are characterized by full, complex flavors and a wonderful creamy mouthfeel.
