After the bottling of THE FIRST, here is for the first time the peated version of Tsunki. The distillery was founded in November 2016 in "Tsunuki", home of Hombo Shuzo. The whisky is made from high quality spring water from the Kuraokuyama mountain range (shown on the top and bottom of the bottle) located on the east side of the distillery. it is aged in a warm climate but in an environment with temperature differences that can go below zero in winter.
